Wildlife on Roads by Keri E. Gunson and Frederick W. Schueler outlines the impacts that roads have on local wildlife, In doing so it looks at the effects of road mortality on local populations, habitat fragmentation and the introduction of invasive species. The guide also gives information regarding data collection as road mortality can offer a plethora of knowledge pertaining to the local wildlife in the immediate area. Wildlife on Roads is available at https://eco-kare.com/ This book uses a variety of photos including some of my own such as an Eastern Red-Backed Salamander at night, a Grey Ratsnake which had been hit on the road sadly and a Common Snapping Turtle.
